Harp, retired professor of environmental sciences at Arkansas State University at Jonesboro.

A Flippin man was arrested on a charge of delivering marijuana. Steven Eric Meyer, 44, was arrested Thursday on the felony charge, according to a Marion County Sheriff's Office news release.
